What Kabluey Is About
When Leslie's husband is sent back to the Middle East, she is left alone with two boys. The only help that arrives is his brother Salman, who is spectacularly unsuited to looking after children. When the money still will not stretch, Salman has to find work, and the only thing available is being a mascot for a tech company: all day inside a bulbous blue costume with arms that barely function, handing out flyers. Scott Prendergast wrote it, directed it, and plays Salman. It is as sad as it is funny, and its real idea is that nobody sees the man inside the suit. Lisa Kudrow plays Leslie.
