Law and Order

Frame Johnson is a hard lawman. In Kansas he had made his name with a gun. He wants to put that life behind him. He sets out with a few men he has taken along. Where they arrive is Tombstone, in Arizona. The town is in the hands of the Northrup brothers. Nobody feels safe in the streets. The townspeople are at the end of their tether. They beg Johnson to accept the badge. The man takes the job reluctantly. He sets about restoring order. The other side will not back down, though. The tension arrives somewhere only a gun will settle. The film was adapted from a novel drawn on real events. Walter Huston and Harry Carey appear in the seventy five minute film, an American production Edward L. Cahn finished in 1932.
