Longing

Ariel is a well off man. He has lived without children. One day his phone rings. The caller is his girlfriend from university years. The woman has two things to tell him. The first goes back twenty years. When they parted she was pregnant. She went on to have a son. The second piece of news is heavier. After it Ariel sets out. He goes to the place where his son lived. He talks with people who knew him. He starts learning about a life he never saw. Shai Avivi and Assi Levy take the leads, with Neta Riskin also in the cast, in Savi Gabizon’s Israeli film of 2018.
