What My Dear Desperado Is About
Dong-chul, a neighbourhood tough who acts the hard man although he cannot actually fight, ends up living next door to Han Se-jin, who has just moved into the building. She is out of work, keeps being turned down at interviews and has a sharp tongue, and it is that sharpness he falls for. While the two of them bicker without a break they start to see what is missing in each other’s lives, and the film tells the story of two people trying to hang on in Seoul, putting real poverty underneath the romantic comedy.
