Once Again

A conversation that begins with a phone call by chance turns in time into the habit of every day. On one side is a widowed restaurant owner, on the other a lonely film actor. For months they know each other by voice alone, and at last they decide to meet face to face. The film does not turn the bond between them into a grand declaration of love; it is about a step taken by two adults who know exactly what the people around them will say. The account leaves room for silences and for what goes unsaid. Neeraj Kabi and Shefali Shah appear in Kanwal Sethi’s hundred and one minute Indian film, completed in 2019.
