Question in Details

The film plays out over a single night. The place is downtown Budapest. Zoli is a shy man. He strikes up a conversation with Eszti. Her date that evening has fallen through. Zoli presses on awkwardly. He even offers to show her his webbed toes. Eszti takes him home in the end. Her brother is there in the flat. Gábor is an old friend of Zoli’s. Something unsettled lies between them. Zoli once had an affair with his wife. The woman later died. As the night goes on all this comes out. The banter gives way to tension. Kátya Tompos and Ferenc Elek appear in the eighty one minute film, a Hungarian production Zsombor Dyga finished in 2010.
