Raam

A woman is found dead in her home. Suspicion falls at once on her son Ram. Ram is taken into custody and charged. In fact he did not kill his mother. The police question the neighbours in the building as well. Every one of them has a different story. One saw something, another heard something. The statements do not fit together. Ram’s own past is drawn into the questioning. The account moves through flashbacks. As the pieces join, another picture appears. The real killer slowly comes into view. The film holds crime and family drama together. Jiiva, Rahman and Saranya Ponvannan appear in the hundred and sixty minute film, an Indian production Ameer finished in 2005.
