Sohel, a well known musician, is found dead in his bedroom. His wife Neela is asleep when the body is discovered. The investigation is taken over by Rashed, a detective who was Sohel’s friend since childhood. At first sight Neela is the chief suspect, but everyone around the man has something they are keeping back. When the present yields nothing, Rashed starts looking into the past, and unexpected things come out of it. The film builds the investigation as a puzzle and says that a lie is most often a truth badly told. The passages that turn to the past also explain why the present investigation is stuck. Afran Nisho plays the lead in Vicky Zahed’s hundred and thirty two minute Bangladeshi film, completed in 2022.
