Sisterhood

Sei and Ling worked as masseuses in Macau. Those years were the best time for both of them. What formed between them formed then. But the timing was never right. Decades go by. Sei is living another life now. Then she learns that her closest friend has died. After that she learns something more. Ling had kept a secret from her. The account moves back and forth between the present and the past. The massage parlour in Macau is the fixed setting of the past. The film runs drama and romance together. Gigi Leung Wing-Kei and Fish Liew Chi-Yu take the leads in Tracy Choi Ian-Sin’s coproduction of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, completed in 2017.
