The film is set in Berlin. The account covers a single night. There are twenty four hours to work with. Yaneq promises a big hip hop party. He promises it partly to draw attention away from something. He is having a secret affair with his friend’s sister. He has no money for the party. He has no equipment either. He cannot find bands to play. Jamie and Sera are in it too. Everyone has their own trouble. The question of where to live keeps coming up. Shady characters move around them. The film touches on unemployment and racism as well. The players largely come from the actual hip hop scene. The filming was done in real places around the city. Thomas Bartholomäus and Andreas Engelmann appear in the one hundred eighteen minute film, a German production Till Hastreiter finished in 2004.
