The Accidental Detective 2: In Action

Kang Dae-man has closed his comic shop and opened a detective agency. With him is No Tae-su, a former homicide detective who left the force but kept the habits. The agency gets no work, the rent goes unpaid, and Dae-man does not tell his wife. Then a case comes in: someone is dead and the police have called it an accident. The two take it on. They are joined by Yeo-chi, who does cyber research and follows the trail online. Between them they reopen a file the police have closed. E.oni directs the Korean film; a hundred and sixteen minutes, with Kwon Sang-woo as Dae-man, Sung Dong-il as Tae-su and Lee Kwang-soo as Yeo-chi. It is the sequel to the first film from 2015. It is one of those Korean films running comedy and crime together; the comedy really comes from how bad these two are at being detectives.
