What The Big Picture Is About

Paul Exben is a partner at one of the best law firms in Paris, with the house, the wife and two sons to match. What he actually wanted was to be a photographer, a plan he shelved years ago. The night he learns his wife is involved with the photographer nearby, a moment of rage produces something he cannot undo, and then he makes a far stranger decision: he takes the dead man's identity and starts living the life he always wanted under someone else's name. Adapted from Douglas Kennedy's novel.
