Salvador is a worn out salesman who has been selling televisions and cameras for years. He attends the most important trade fair in the business and is on the point of losing his job. If he can get a word with an American businessman about to set up a large retail chain, everything will change. For that he asks Ines, a young hostess working the fair, to help him, and a relationship of unclear boundaries forms between them.
