What Thou-Vou Bald Agent, Operation: Havoc Is About
Thou-Vou and his new partner MAP31 take on three assignments handed to them by a cunning director whose only real interest is filming the pair without telling them. Thanasis Vengos both directs and stars in this spy parody, a sequel to a 1967 outing for the same character. Even the code name is a joke: Thou-Vou is the Greek letters theta and beta, the initials of Thanasis Vengos himself. The film mimics the sixties espionage craze on a shoestring, and it keeps its hero likeable without ever shaming him for being hopeless at the job.
