Till the End of the World

The film is set in Antarctica. At the centre of the account are two people. One is a wealthy investor. The man is scouting extreme locations for wedding tours. The other is a science photographer. The woman is on her way to film the southern lights. The two of them board the same small aircraft. It is a small twin-engine machine. A heavy snowstorm comes up on the way. The plane goes down in a desolate region. There is nobody for miles around. The two do not know each other. But they have to act together to stay alive. The wait runs seventy five days. Mark Chao and Yang Zishan take the leads, with Anastasia Berestova also in the cast, in Wu Youyin’s Chinese film of 2018.
