The film takes place over a single day. The place is Athens. That day one power cut follows another. The cuts come from a strike at the electricity company. Towards evening the city goes dark altogether. The account runs along three separate lines. On the first there is a ticket inspector. The man is deep in debt and trying to hold his family together. On the second there is a couple. The two of them are on the point of splitting up. On the third there are two teenage boys. They wander around the city. They are carrying an old revolver handed down in the family. The three lines cross several times during the day. Vangelis Mourikis and Kora Karvouni take the leads, with Tasos Nousias and Omiros Poulakis also in the cast, in Giorgos Georgopoulos’s Greek film of 2011.
