U Turn

There is a flyover in Bangalore where drivers shift the concrete dividers to make an illegal U-turn. Rachana, a young reporter, decides to write about it. She collects the number plates of the drivers who moved the slabs and goes to their homes. But the people on her list turn up dead one after another, all on the same day and all the same way. The police make her their main suspect. She has to clear herself and work out what is happening on that flyover at the same time. The answer turns out to be supernatural. Pawan Kumar directs, in Kannada. Two hours and one minute. Shraddha Srinath plays Rachana. It was remade in several Indian languages; it started as a low-budget independent film and became known across the country.
