Jay works at a chemical factory. The safety measures there are poor. The workers fall ill with respiratory disease. Cases of cancer appear among them. Several workers die. At the start he chooses to keep quiet. Then he becomes the voice of his colleagues. He asks for a wage rise and for medical cover. The owner of the factory reacts hard.
