Vaagai Sooda Vaa

Veluthambi wants to become a government official. He is preparing for the exams. But things do not go as he expected. He finds himself teaching in a village. His pupils are the children of poor families. After a while he learns something. The children are being worked as bonded labourers. What he learns changes how he sees the place. Veluthambi decides to stand against it. He thinks the change has to start at the school. What he takes on is the whole order of the village. The account is built on that struggle. Vimal and Iniya take the leads, with Thambi Ramaiah and K. Bhagyaraj also in the cast, in A. Sarkunam’s Tamil film of 2011.
