What Is a Man without a Moustache?

The story is set in a town after the war. Three people stand in the foreground. One is a young widow. One is an older widower who has come back. One is the priest of a parish with no money left. All three are trying to adjust to the new order. There are prejudices and gossip around them. The woman falls in love with the priest. He sees it, and it is not one sided. He has a choice to make, though. On one side stands the church. On the other stands the woman. For a long time he cannot decide. In the end circumstances force the choice on him. Zrinka Cvitešić and Leon Lučev appear in the hundred and nine minute film, a Croatian production Hrvoje Hribar finished in 2005.
