Jacob Tremblay

Jacob Tremblay entered the catalogue in 2015 with Lenny Abrahamson's Room, still the most voted of his nine films here. Film Independent nominated him in its supporting performance category at the 2026 ceremony, for the 2025 film Sovereign; since 2023 the institution has stopped splitting that category by gender and gives it as one. His nine titles spread across eleven years and he has not yet worked with the same director twice, with Stephen Chbosky's Wonder, Enrico Casarosa's Luca and Gene Stupnitsky's Good Boys sitting on the same list. Before I Wake, from 2016, and My Father's Dragon, from 2022, are here too, and a decade separates his first film from that nomination.
