A Loving Husband

Yohei is a teacher at a school. He is married to Miyoko. Their marriage has passed twenty five years. All that time their son was in the house too. Then the son marries and moves out. So the two of them are alone together for the first time. The house grows quiet and the habits change. In that quiet Yohei notices something. He understands that all is not well in his marriage. His wife’s view of things is not what he assumed. The account is built on that late realisation. Hiroshi Abe and Yuki Amami take the leads, with Miho Kanno and Saki Aibu also in the cast, in Kazuhiko Yukawa’s Japanese film of 2016.
