What ...And Suddenly It's Murder! Is About
Three couples are on the same train from Rome to Monte Carlo, one working class, one middle class, one wealthy, each with a different reason for going. When a rich old woman is murdered there, all of them become suspects. None of them is guilty, and each of them makes things worse trying to get clear. Mario Camerini's film runs on fear of the police and the fever for gambling at the same time.
