Michael and Gayatri are classmates at a fine arts college. Both want to be painters and they share the same aim. That is why they decide to live together. Michael is the son of a Goan businessman; Gayatri comes from a conservative family. At first they manage to build a life in common. Then Michael loses his sight in an accident. From that point the balance of the relationship breaks. What he expects, and his anger, come down on Gayatri. The film keeps the two of them in a space that narrows as it goes. The story is adapted from a novel by Paritosh Uttam. Fahadh Faasil and Ann Augustine take the leads in Shyamaprasad’s Malayalam film of 2013.
