What Asperger's Are Us Is About

Noah, New Michael, Jack and Ethan met at a summer camp in Massachusetts where Noah was the others’ counsellor. The troupe they formed in 2010 is described as the first comedy group made up entirely of people with Asperger syndrome, and their act never mentions autism at all. Their own line on it is plain: we would much rather the audience appreciate us as comedians than as people who have overcome adversity. Alex Lehmann’s documentary watches the four of them build one last ambitious show before they go their separate ways. They do not deal well with uncertainty, and this is the most uncertain point their lives have reached.
