Baby

Frank and Paul have been close friends for years. Both of their wives died in a road accident. Frank’s daughter Lilli was left behind. The two men raised the child together. They make their living at a strip club. One works the bar and the other the door. In time Lilli reaches her teens. She becomes a lively and self assured young person. The order of the household is shaken at that age. A relationship begins between Lilli and Paul. The man is one of the two who raised her. The girl is still a teenager. Then Lilli becomes pregnant. The life the three of them built collapses at that point. Alice Dwyer and Lars Rudolph appear in the hundred and five minute film, a German and Dutch co-production Philipp Stölzl finished in 2003.
