What Blood: The Last Vampire Is About
A girl placed as a student in a school on an American base hunts creatures that take human form. Who she is and who she works for is never explained. This runs under an hour and the narrative is left deliberately incomplete; the questions are not answered and no world is built. The fights and the dark design were nonetheless cited often by later work in the genre. Hiroyuki Kitakubo directed, produced by Production I.G. Most of the dialogue is in English. Before watching: the film does not complete a story, it offers a fragment. The blood and dismemberment are also heavy.
