Breaking Free

Rick is a troubled and cynical young man. He comes before a court. He chooses community service over a prison term. The placement is a camp for blind people. He thinks he has found the easy way. At the camp he meets Lindsay. Lindsay is a gymnast. She is losing her sight. She is trying to cope with that change. Rick also finds a horse being badly treated. He brings the animal to the camp. Lindsay learns to ride. They prepare for show jumping. The feeling of competition wakes in her again. Rick begins to look at his own life differently. Jeremy London and Gina Philips appear in the one hundred six minute film, an American production David Mackay finished in 1995.
