Carnaval Atlântida

The budget and the means do not stretch that far. Some of the crew are of another mind. To them the subject suits a musical comedy better. They want carnival songs in the film. The two sides argue. The set falls into confusion. The rehearsals turn into comic scenes. The film makes fun of its own cinema. It belongs to the comic genre much loved in Brazil at the time. Song and dance run inside the story. Oscarito and Eliana appear in the ninety five minute film, a Brazilian production José Carlos Burle finished in 1952.
