A gymnast competing at national level cannot get back to her old standard after a serious road accident. Instead of leaving the sport she starts working in a completely different discipline. The film does not show recovery as a straight line; the narrative is really about letting go of the old goal and a new one taking its place. The dance and gymnastics scenes were shot with real athletes. Sean Cisterna directed, with Ana Golja and Jennifer Beals. It follows the life of a real athlete. Who it's for: those who like youth sports films drawn from real events. Who it's not for: viewers wanting surprise; the film follows the known structure of the genre.
