What Guns & Talks Is About
Four hitmen, and not one of them can do the job coldly. They talk to their clients, feel sorry for their targets, question the contracts they are given, and are sometimes prepared to ruin a job outright. That attitude attracts the police, and a prosecutor starts following them. Jang Jin's film comes from the talkier side of Korean action comedy: there is as much dialogue as gunfire, probably more. Each of the characters is funny in his own way and the film never reduces them to cartoons. Shin Hyun-jun, Jung Jae-young, Shin Ha-kyun and a then barely known Won Bin star.
