What Iceberg Is About
Fiona manages a fast food restaurant and lives comfortably with her family in the suburbs. She is happy, in other words, until the day she is accidentally shut in the walk in freezer. She gets out the next morning half frozen and realises that her husband and two children never noticed she was gone. Then she develops an obsession with everything cold: snow, polar bears, fridges, icebergs. She climbs into a frozen goods lorry and leaves home. It is the first feature directed together by the trio of Dominique Abel, Fiona Gordon and Bruno Romy. All three come out of theatre and circus, and the film runs almost entirely on physical comedy.
