What Rumba Is About
Fiona and Dom teach at a school out in the country. What they share is Latin dancing; they teach during the week and collect trophies at competitions at weekends. After the crash their lives are entirely changed: Fiona loses a leg and Dom loses his memory. They go on dancing anyway. Dominique Abel, Fiona Gordon and Bruno Romy directed it together and all three star in it. Seventy-seven minutes. There is almost no dialogue; the film is built on silent cinema and mime.
