What In Real Life Is About
A young director is making a new film. The idea of it is built on a test of love. The one being tested is his own girlfriend. While the camera watches her the relationship is being tested too. In doing this he puts his real life bond with her at risk. The line between the fiction and the life keeps getting thinner. The account stands on both sides of that line at once. The film is put together as a drama. Sallie Harmsen and Loek Peters take the leads, with Ramsey Nasr, Loes Haverkort and Ergün Şimşek also in the cast, in Robert Jan Westdijk’s Dutch film of 2008.
