It Feels So Good

Everything has gone wrong for Kenji at once: divorced, out of work, nothing left in his hands. Then word comes from Akita, where he is from: Naoko, whom he used to be with, is getting married. He goes north for the wedding. Naoko surprises him with a proposal, that in the days before the wedding they should be together again. Kenji agrees. For several days they shut themselves in the house. Then the world outside makes itself felt, and everything the two of them assumed changes. Haruhiko Arai directs, adapting a novel, with Tasuku Emoto and Kumi Takiuchi in the leads. It is almost entirely two people and one house, and it runs close to two hours.
