What Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker Is About
Tsukasa travels to his own world, the World of Decade. There he learns where his powers came from. He also learns that he is the leader of the organisation called Dai-Shocker. That knowledge puts him at the centre of the whole story. The film brings together every Kamen Rider seen in the series up to that point. The ten leads of the Heisei period and all the riders of the Showa period appear, twenty five in all. The account is kept short and given largely to fight scenes. The sixty six minutes are at the scale of a film made out of a series. Masahiro Inoue takes the lead, with Ryouta Murai and Kanna Mori also in the cast. Osamu Kaneda’s Japanese film was completed in 2009.
