Koko and the Ghosts

Koko moves house with his family. They leave their home in the countryside for a big city. Everything is new for the boy. The school, the street and the neighbours are all strange. In time he makes friends. An old man used to live in the flat they have moved into. The man died and his death was thought odd. Koko decides to look into it. His friends and a neighbour help him. Money and an inheritance turn out to be part of it. The children follow the trail in their own way. Sometimes they are frightened but they do not give up. The film was adapted from the children’s novels of Ivan Kušan. The director Daniel Kušan is the writer’s son. It took the audience award at Pula.
