What Laws of Gravity Is About
Jimmy is on probation, out of work, and spends his days in Brooklyn with his friend Jon robbing delivery trucks and breaking into cars. When their friend Frankie comes back to the neighbourhood after a long absence he has a pile of handguns stolen in Florida with him, and he brings the two of them in to sell them. What follows is the story of how a series of decisions nobody stopped to think about pile up on one another; the violence is not planned, it simply appears. Nick Gomez shot the film on the streets of Brooklyn, hand held, for thirty eight thousand dollars. Peter Greene and Edie Falco appear in the hundred minute American film, completed in 1992.
