Lucy

Maggi became a mother young. Her daughter is called Lucy. The two of them live in her mother’s house. Her mother helps look after the child. But Maggi wants to stand on her own. She also misses the life people her age have. One night at a club she meets Gordon. Gordon is a few years older. He has a job and a flat of his own. After an argument Maggi makes up her mind. She takes her daughter and moves in with Gordon. The two of them try to be good parents. But the responsibility turns out heavier than they thought. Kim Schnitzer and Gordon Schmidt take the leads in Henner Winckler’s German film of 2006.
