Mandıra Filozofu

Mustafa Ali took a degree in philosophy. He rejects the arrangement of the world he lives in and settles in an isolated hut near Çökertme in Muğla. He lives off what nature gives him, fills his days with reading, and is absolutely opposed to working. Cavit is a businessman in Istanbul who has worked his whole life, earned and saved. He comes to Çökertme for a new project: he wants to buy Mustafa Ali's land and put a boutique hotel on it. The two of them meet, and Cavit is thrown. Müfit Can Saçıntı directs and plays Mustafa Ali himself, with Rasim Öztekin as Cavit. The character was already known from an earlier production. It is a comedy that takes the question of working against living seriously.
