In the underground Diamond Domain, home to many Carbink, the Mythical Pokémon Diancie rules. The Heart Diamond that sustains the land is falling apart and Diancie is not yet strong enough to make a new one. Setting out to find the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas for help, Diancie runs into thieves who want its diamond making power and who wake Yveltal from its cocoon in the process. Ash and his friends have to help Diancie find its real power and stop the destruction. A self contained entry from the XY period.
