So's Your Old Man

Sam Bisbee works with glass. He also tries his hand at inventing. Nothing he has made has come to anything. Then he produces a glass that will not break. He wants to show it to the motor trade. He goes to a convention. The cars get mixed up. He throws his brick at the wrong one. The windscreen shatters. That is the end of the demonstration. He takes the train home and falls into conversation with a woman. She turns out to be a runaway princess, Princess Lescaboura, and when she arrives in his home town to help him the whole place is turned upside down. W.C. Fields and Alice Joyce appear in the sixty seven minute silent film, an American production Gregory La Cava finished in 1926.
