A scientist finds a way to send electronic mail into the past. To test what he has built in the year 2040 he sends messages to a young environmental activist living twenty five years earlier, giving him information that will make money and asking him to bury a work of art. But touching the past does not bring the future he wanted, and the two times begin to unmake each other. The film builds its science fiction not with large effects but with a single idea and two timelines, and it sets all of it in Leuven, on ordinary streets. Lukas Bossuyt’s eighty six minute Belgian film was completed in 2015.
