Sunday

A woman comes across a man in the street. The woman is a British actress. She takes him for a well known director. In fact the man is homeless. She asks him for help with her career. He does not correct the mistake. Something forms between the two of them over the course of a day. The account takes place inside a Sunday. The misunderstanding is what the account is built on. A diner is one of its settings. The film runs drama and romance together. David Suchet and Lisa Harrow take the leads, with Jared Harris also in the cast, in Jonathan Nossiter’s American film of 1997.
