Teambuilding

A company takes its staff out of the city to build some team spirit. The programme is the usual one: games, rope courses, dinner, motivational talks. But nobody manages to leave the office version of themselves behind. Promotion arithmetic, old grudges, the effort of staying on the right side of the boss and a certain amount of drink between them produce not the expected team spirit but everyone's actual face. Matei Dima directs this Romanian comedy and appears in it as well, alongside Șerban Pavlu and Anca Dinicu. Ninety-one minutes. It is a satire aimed at the language and the rituals of corporate life, and it was very widely seen in Romania.
