What The Last Suit Is About
Abraham Bursztein is an old master tailor, cranky, crafty and always immaculately turned out. When he learns his children have sold his house from under him and he is heading for a retirement home, he does not go quietly: he sets off for Poland to deliver a suit to the childhood friend who saved his life under the Nazi occupation. Pablo Solarz builds the journey as comedy and as reckoning at the same time, with an old man who refuses even to say one country's name out loud. Miguel Angel Sola leads. A measured film about memory, debt and whether forgiveness is possible.
