The Man in the Black Cape

The film tells the life of Tenório Cavalcanti. Cavalcanti was a Brazilian politician. He worked in Duque de Caxias near Rio. He became known in the fifties and sixties. He appeared in public wearing a black cape. He carried a machine gun with him. He had given the weapon a name. He found support in the poor districts. He was loved there for the help he gave.
