Turnabout

A man asks for help in the middle of the night. He has harmed himself and has survived. The person he calls is an old friend. The friend comes and picks him up. The two of them get into a car and set off. They drive around through the night. A motel, a bar and empty roads. The talk turns back to old days. Matters left over from childhood are opened. There are things unsaid between them. Towards morning something else happens. The account fits into a single night. The two have been friends since childhood. By morning a loss is left behind. George Katt and Waylon Payne take the leads, with Peter Greene also in the cast, in Eric Brian Hughes’s American film of 2016.
