What Vettah Is About
Two police officers take on the case of a mysterious man arrested for a double homicide and are quickly caught in a web of lies spun by everyone they trust. As who is saying what and who is hiding what keeps changing, the case itself keeps changing, and after a point the two of them can no longer tell whom they are working for. The film does not run the investigation in a straight line; it builds the same events again and again through different mouths. Kunchacko Boban, Manju Warrier and Indrajith Sukumaran appear in Rajesh Pillai’s hundred and twelve minute Malayalam film, completed in 2016.
