Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan

The Wu-Tang Clan came out in the summer of 1993. The group was from Staten Island. Before long they had a place in hip hop. Their reach held over the decade that followed. They sold more than twenty million albums. The documentary follows that course. The rise is one part of it. The falling apart that came later is another. Then comes the putting back together. There is concert footage in the film. Some of it had not been shown before. Interviews are in it as well. The director narrates it himself. RZA, GZA, Method Man and Ghostface Killah speak in the seventy nine minute film. Raekwon is in it too, an American production Gerald K. Barclay finished in 2008.
